The concept

It goes without saying that we wanted to create something special. But so do so many others. So we set out to create a place in which everything is more “authentic” and “straightforward”. A place that our guests have entirely to themselves. Right on Lake Caldaro. Just 12 rooms, newly designed by Biquadra. Fresh food, sourced on the spot, cooked right away. We take all of this incredibly seriously. That’s why there is no menu nor pre-prepared meal to be seen. Because we don’t know today what the garden, butcher or our partners will bring us tomorrow. We only know that Tanja cooks so professionally that whatever it is will taste amazing. Oh yes, and the wine – plenty of wine, which Kat loves more than anything.
