No hustle and bustle on the lawn. No obligations. Space to simply be.
And your day?
Ideally, get up early – a first dip in the lake, even before the sun is fully up.
Then feel the first rays of sunshine, soak it all in, simply be present.
Later, drift a little, read a good book, switch off.
And in the evening?
Stay on the terrace, a glass of wine, or two.
Fill the balmy evenings with good conversation.

THIS PLACE. The lakeside property. Idyllic, romantic, and for only 24 adults.
Panoramic terrace with lake view. Perhaps the most vibrant part of the house!
Dolce far niente. No appointments, simply living in the moment.
Windsurfing. Rowboat, pedal boat, stand-up paddleboarding. You can do all of that here.
PERSONAL. Passionate hosts, a warm and welcoming team without forced friendliness.
Delicious food. Cooked by Luca, no frills, just traditional, refined cuisine. Plus, Karo's served breakfast...you could easily stay here.
Fine wines from fine people. Winemaker's dreams for every palate, served by host Kat.
OLD LADY. Over 500 years old, with its nooks and crannies, but it has a lot of charm an air conditioning:)
