About Pathminders..

Pathminders is a labour of love that takes people away from their everyday lives and onto relaxing cycling trips – towards greater clarity, connection with themselves and genuine community. Our tours are deliberately designed with a focus on personal development, closeness to nature and, of course, cycling together. The elements are yoga, breathwork, cycling and guided reflection for the space freed up in your mind, far away from the stress of everyday life.

The concept

BALANCE FOR BODY, MIND AND SOUL

Our timeouts follow a simple but profound principle: movement. Reflection. Connection. Three elements that bring you back into balance – beyond everyday life, to-do lists and constant functioning.

MOVE

We move together – without racing, without pressure to perform. Whether on a racing bike through nature or on a yoga mat: it's not about speed, it's about feeling. Find your own rhythm, experience freedom in movement and reconnect with your body.

REFLECT

Our timeouts give you space to look inward and feel what is really important to you. You will gain inspiration for new perspectives – in group sessions, through journaling or simply in quiet moments just for yourself. And with breathwork sessions that bring you back to your breath and to yourself.

CONNECT

Join a small group of people. Exchange experiences, gain new perspectives – with people who share the same longing for depth, time out and genuine connection. Perhaps you will find not only peace, but also new companions.

PLACE

We take you to idyllic places – surrounded by unspoilt nature, tranquillity and vastness. Where the noise of everyday life fades away, space is created for what really matters: presence, lightness, genuine connection and soothing community. A place to breathe deeply, recharge your batteries – and simply have a really good time.
